Comfortable modern farmhouse on a 170 acre farm with superb views, landscaped gardens, a wildlife pond and woodland garden.


For tourists we offer comfortable accommodation, packed lunches, drying facilities for boots & clothes. Ideally situated for exploring the National Park, walking or by car.

This is excellent country for general cycling and mountain biking and we have garage facilities for bikes.  We can also offer stabling and grazing for horses. Dogs welcome. Riding is available in village. Close to National Cycle Network and Coast2Coast Walk.

Come and visit us and sample for yourselves our beautiful countryside.
We are half an hour's drive from the coast. Visit historic Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay or Staithes or have a trip to York (one hour's drive).


We also offer accommodation for business people visiting Teeside; Teeside is only half an hour's journey away. We have plenty of safe parking for cars out of sight from the road.
